None of our sessions require you to have any experience with working out!

  • Come along and let us teach you how to move safely and effectively! Our classes have women of all shapes, sizes, ages and fitness levels and are 100% judgment free.

  • Please don’t worry about being able to keep up, LOTS of our girls were worried about their fitness or size before they started but we work with all levels of fitness and design our sessions to allow people to go at their own pace.

  • The culture at Pineapple Fitness is very inclusive and not at all competitive, the most important thing is to just start. 

  • BASE | 45 minutes

    You can achieve anything from a strong BASE. We can’t control everything that happens in our life but we can control our BASE - the foundation we set for ourselves! Butt, Abs, Sweat, Exhale is how we do it! This specialty class is designed to strengthen + rehab the core, pelvic floor and all the areas you need to feel your energetic best and power through your day as a woman! Raise your Baseline!

    Boxing | 45 minutes 

    Get your punch on with our fitness boosting boxing classes - one of the funnest ways to get your cardio fix while toning the upper body, strengthening your core and boosting cardio fitness. These are different every time focusing on technique, cardio conditioning and HIIT training! No prior boxing experience is needed! 

    HIIT | 45 minutes

    We're sure you've heard about the benefits of HIIT—and for good reason. If you’re looking for a surefire way to burn fat faster and become the fittest version of you, HIIT is a solid go-to. Not only will your body burn more calories during HIIT workouts but you'll also continue to burn more calories and fat in the 24 hours after a HIIT workout. That doesn’t mean we'll only be doing sprint intervals though. We get the cardio section out of the way first then focus on high rep resistance moves to create strong and fit womanly bodies! 

    Strength | 45 Minutes

    This class does what it says on the box - makes you Strong! It starts off slower in pace working through compound and functional movement patterns - chosen and designed to shape the female body. Think slower, controlled movements for maximum metabolic disturbance, lean muscle and strength gains. With a burst of cardio to to get your heart rate up at the end!

    Stretch & Release/Yoga | 45 minutes

    Stretch and Release is a great way to improve and increase your range of motion which helps improve your flexibility and strength, it allows your body to recover faster... which means yep, you guessed it! You can work harder and smash your goals in your next sesh even sooner! The mental benefits are just as significant as the deep breathing this class encourages is our bodies most primal way to reduce stress.

    Triple B | 45 minutes 

    A dance class? That is fun and all about feeling good? With a crazy dance mom aka Brit cheering you on? HELL YES! Born out of the 2020 lockdown, Triple B was added to the timetable as a way to inject a bit of fun to the timetable whilst training on zoom. It stands for Beans, Beats and Booty! Fast forward to now, the name has stuck but the Beats section has taken over meaning we are pretty much a dance class. The routines are fun and not too complicated with an emphasis on getting into it over getting it perfect! Our motto is B yourself but don't B sh*t, and trust us, you won't be sh*t with your dance mom helping you along the way! This class guarantees an excellent time full of belly laughs and the odd booty pop! Come join the fun!

    2 Outdoor Group sessions per week PLUS

  • WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?

    All you need are your a mat, joggers, your gym gear, a water bottle and a sweat towel.

    WHAT CAN I EXPECT AT MY FIRST SESSION?

    You'll get a friendly welcome by the ladies and coaches before we kick things off with a warm up. We’ll explain how the workout will run, demonstrate the exercises you’ll be doing, personally guide you throughout the class, and assist you with your technique so you feel confident.

    AM I FIT ENOUGH?

    We know that joining an exercise group can be seriously daunting, and most women are nervous about their first class. Our community is the most amazing bunch of females, who are super supportive, welcoming, friendly and FUN! Our classes have women of all shapes, sizes, ages and fitness levels and are 100% judgment free. Please don’t worry about being able to keep up, LOTS of our girls were worried about their fitness or size before they started but we work with all levels of fitness and design our sessions to allow people to go at their own pace. We have so many ladies saying that they wish they started so much earlier once they just start!

    WHAT IF I HAVE AN INJURY?

    Depending on the injury or issue this is usually fine. We can alter most exercises to accommodate things like bad backs, knees, ankles, etc. Just make sure to let us know in advance so we can plan for you. And make sure it's ok with your health care professional first!

    WHAT HAPPENS IF IT'S RAINING?

    We train rain, hail or shine! However, we do have an indoor option! We will always text you with an hour notice with the details if we change the class location. That's the beauty of our booking system!

    DO YOU HAVE SOCIAL EVENTS?

    Um YES! Stay social by joining the Facebook Group so you can mingle online with your new training buddies, get important class updates, and the lowdown on our social activities. We're also on Instagram follow us there for all the goods!

    CAN I BRING A FRIEND?

    Working out with a friend is so much more fun, and it helps you keep each other accountable and on track with your goals. Winning! Get them to book a health consult just like you did.

    Exercise alone is only part of the puzzle when it comes to strong, fit, lean bodies and great health. Around 70% to 80% of how you look and feel is dictated by how you fuel your body, so the right nutrition is critical to achieving your goals.
