You can take your measurements at home, this video will show you how.

It is also good to get a body scan, we have arranged FREE InBody scans at ASN Darby St, Newcastle. Jacobie is the store manager and will be training with us during the challenge.
If you go in to the store you just need to mention that you are a Pineapple member and she will do it for you. Any staff member can do it but if you prefer Jacobie then pop in any week day except Tuesday.
