Pines, if you get sick at any point in life DO NOT THROW IN THE TOWEL!

Do this instead:

- Go to bed and lay down, if you can't actually sleep, put a meditation, chill music or a chill audiobook on

- Stay in bed for as long as you need and make that a priority! (I'm talking to you mums here!! Create some boundaries and be a role model for your kids, we would want them to rest up when they are sick wouldn't we?!)

- Take a big 1 litre water bottle with you and whatever else you need like tissues, etc (depending on your symptoms)

- Boost your immune system by eating lots of fresh fruit, veg and broths and possibly take some supps (we recommend visiting Vitality Junction)

- Let your body do the rest! Our bodies are so amazing at looking after themselves when we let them, ie give them the time they need to fight infections etc

Hopefully after a couple of days you'll come out of the worst and once you're feeling better get yourself out for a gentle walk in the sun and pop on a yoga class from your playback library.

After a couple of more days like this you might feel up to doing one of our BASE classes online before coming to either our outdoor or studio sessions!
