We will be focussing on:

  • How great exercise makes you feel - improved mood, stress/anxiety relief, strong and capable.

  • The long term benefits of exercise - strong bones, development of an active routine, appreciation of what the body can do (not focusing on appearance), improved mental health (confidence and self esteem) 

  • Coming together in a safe space where you feel confident to fully be yourself, learn new exercises/skills, express how you’re feeling and make new friends 

  • Learning about your body and understanding how it will react to training.

  • Skills that will propel you to conquer challenges in any area of life now and in the future.

  • How to overcome obstacles, conquer fear and failure, set lofty goals, work together, encourage those around you, and, last but not least, embrace the process of becoming the best at getting better.

Lily has completed High School Pines and this is what she has got from being a Pineapple! If this is how you as a girl in high school or you as a parent of a teenage gal want your daughter to feel, this program is for you!

Sessions run for 1 hour and are held at our studio at 23 Darling St Carrington

Membership Price

  • 2 sessions per week = $40 week x 8 weeks ($320) OR pay the term in full for $272

  • 1 session per week = $25 x week - (only weekly mship available)

  • All memberships have a full term week commitment (normally 8 weeks)

FAQ’S

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?

All you need are your joggers, your gym gear, a water bottle and a sweat towel. We supply all the equipment required for your sessions! If it’s your first time make sure your complete your Health and Waiver Form first - once you've signed up check your welcome email for details. If you didn't get an email or you can't find it, please contact us.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT AT MY FIRST SESSION?

 You'll get a friendly welcome by the other girls and coaches before we kick things off with a warm up. We’ll explain how the workout will run, demonstrate the exercises you’ll be doing, personally guide you throughout the class, and assist you with your technique so you feel confident.

AM I FIT ENOUGH?

We know that joining an exercise group can be scary, and most gals are nervous about their first class. Our community is the most amazing bunch of girls, who are super supportive, welcoming, friendly and FUN! Our classes have women of all shapes, sizes, ages and fitness levels and are 100% judgment free. Please don’t worry about being able to keep up, LOTS of our girls were worried about their fitness or size before they started but we work with all levels of fitness and design our sessions to allow people to go at their own pace. The culture at Pineapple Fitness is very inclusive and not at all competitive, the most important thing is to just start. We have so many ladies saying that they wish they started so much earlier once they just start! 

WHAT IF I HAVE AN INJURY?

Depending on the injury or issue this is usually fine. We can alter most exercises to accommodate things like bad backs, knees, ankles, etc. Just make sure to let us know in advance so we can plan for you. And make sure it's ok with your health care professional first!
