Do I need to book in for sessions?

Yep! To ensure we have enough trainers and equipment at every session, we do ask that you sign-up for sessions online or using the free app. (Android version here) This also allows us to be prepare for any special training requirements you may have, e.g. for pre-existing injuries. You can always shoot the trainer a text if you have trouble with booking in! We appreciate you letting us know if you cannot attend a session, as it allows others who are on the wait list to take part instead.

What do I need to bring?

All you need are your joggers, your gym gear, a water bottle and a sweat towel (optional). We supply all the equipment required for your sessions! If it’s your first time make sure your complete your Health and Waiver Form first - once you've signed up check your welcome email for details. If you didn't get an email or you can't find it, please contact us.

What can I expect at my first session?

 You'll get a friendly welcome by the ladies and coaches before we kick things off with a warm up. We’ll explain how the workout will run, demonstrate the exercises you’ll be doing, personally guide you throughout the class, and assist you with your technique so you feel confident.

Am I fit enough?

We know that joining an exercise group can be seriously daunting, and most women are nervous about their first class. Our community is the most amazing bunch of females, who are super supportive, welcoming, friendly and FUN! Our classes have women of all shapes, sizes, ages and fitness levels and are 100% judgment free. Please don’t worry about being able to keep up, LOTS of our girls were worried about their fitness or size before they started but we work with all levels of fitness and design our sessions to allow people to go at their own pace. The culture at Pineapple Fitness is very inclusive and not at all competitive, the most important thing is to just start. We have so many ladies saying that they wish they started so much earlier once they just start! 

What if I have an injury?

Depending on the injury or issue this is usually fine. We can alter most exercises to accommodate things like bad backs, knees, ankles, etc. Just make sure to let us know in advance so we can plan for you. And make sure it's ok with your health care professional first!

What happens if it's raining?

We train rain, hail or shine! However, we do have an indoor option! We will always text you with an hour notice with the details if we change the class location. That's the beauty of our booking system!

Our wet weather option is studio at G1, 56 Forbes St Carrington!

Do you have social events? 

Um YES! Stay social by joining the Facebook Group so you can mingle online with your new training buddies, get important class updates, and the lowdown on our social activities. We're also on Instagram follow us there for all the goods!

Can I bring a friend? 

Working out with a friend is so much more fun, and it helps you keep each other accountable and on track with your goals. Winning! Get them to book a health consult just like you did

Can you help me with my nutrition?

 Exercise alone is only part of the puzzle when it comes to strong, fit, lean bodies and great health. Around 70% to 80% of how you look and feel is dictated by how you fuel your body, so the right nutrition is critical to achieving your goals. We have nutrition programs, food diary analysis and loads of resources to help get sorted in this department!

We take a bunch of pics at our sessions and some are used on social media or for different marketing campaigns. If you do not want you and/or your kids images to be used for this purpose please let us know. We will make sure that we follow your instruction on this, we totally understand!
