None of our sessions require you to have any experience with working out!
Come along and let us teach you how to move safely and effectively! Our classes have women of all shapes, sizes, ages and fitness levels and are 100% judgment free.
Please don’t worry about being able to keep up, LOTS of our girls were worried about their fitness or size before they started but we work with all levels of fitness and design our sessions to allow people to go at their own pace.
The culture at Pineapple Fitness is very inclusive and not at all competitive, the most important thing is to just start.
What sessions do we run?
Strong & Lean
This class does what it says on the box - makes you Strong & Lean. It starts off slower in pace working through compound and functional movement patterns - chosen and designed to shape the female body. Think slower, controlled movements for maximum metabolic disturbance, lean muscle and strength gains. With a burst of cardio to to get your heart rate up at the end!
Get your punch on with our fitness boosting boxing classes - one of the funnest ways to get your cardio fix while toning the upper body, strengthening your core and boosting cardio fitness. These are different every time focusing on technique, cardio conditioning and HIIT training! No prior boxing experience is needed!
Stretch & Release/Yoga
Stretch and Release is a great way to improve and increase your range of motion which helps improve your flexibility and strength, it allows your body to recover faster... which means yep, you guessed it! You can work harder and smash your goals in your next sesh even sooner! The mental benefits are just as significant as the deep breathing this class encourages is our bodies most primal way to reduce stress.
This session is one of our all time favs as it's all about the booty and the core! Following a 7-7-7 method, we move swiftly between resistance moves designed to strengthen the core and tone the butt and high burn cardio! It's a highly effective powerhouse of a class packed into half an hour! Winning!
We're sure you've heard about the benefits of HIIT—and for good reason. If you’re looking for a surefire way to burn fat faster and become the fittest version of you, HIIT is a solid go-to. Not only will your body burn more calories during HIIT workouts but you'll also continue to burn more calories and fat in the 24 hours after a HIIT workout. That doesn’t mean we'll only be doing sprint intervals though. We get the cardio section out of the way first then focus on high rep resistance moves to create strong and fit womanly bodies!
Box n Booty
Our two favorite classes put together! We start with our most effective booty burning moves designed to strengthen and tone your butt followed by our fav cardio workout, boxing. Then it's back to the booty moves for one final push to oh hello glutes!
Pineapple Mums Signature
This specialty class is designed to strengthen + rehab the core, pelvic floor and all the areas you need to power through your day as a mum (or even if you don't have kids) and feel your energetic best!
Saturdays = Bring a Friend for free!
Boxing + Swim + Sunrise + Coffee. Name a better way to start your weekend! Every Saturday we welcome you to bring a friend along for free and boys are welcome too! Just message the trainer to let her know you've got a buddy coming!
