We are looking for 8 ladies who want to become
“Founding Members” of our Semi Private Squads.
Here’s what that entails:
12 months of training at the special rate of $118 per week (just $39 a session)
Your name on our wall identifying you as a “Founding Member”
Special “Founding Member” Squad T-shirt + Hat
Free quarterly body scans to measure your changes in body composition (incl but not limited to muscle and body fat) in line with your goals
You’ll have a seat on our brainstrust - we’ll be coming to you for feedback for any big decisions we make here at Pineapple Fitness
How to get started:
Get in touch via the online form, we will give you a call (5 mins) and book you in for a Health Consult at our Carrington Studio.
Come along to your Health Consult (30 mins) we find out where you are at, set goals and start planning your program. We book you in for your Initial 1-1 Coaching Session.
Come along to your initial 1-1 Coaching Session (60 mins) which includes movement screen, in depth goal getting strategy and nutrition plan.
Start with your Squad! So you can get on with being the best version of you!
WHAT IS SEMI PRIVATE COACHING?
Our Semi-Private coaching plan is designed just for you, which means you can be confident it is the right plan! Which is then delivered in your very own 4 person squad. This allows for a valuable PT experience with the added accountability and motivation of squad members. Our program provides you with the guidance and the tools you need to see serious, sustainable, long lasting results in the our amazing, non-intimidating, supportive environment.

Squads train 3 x sessions per week! We give you the structure, consistency, and accountability

You’ll get support with your nutrition to boost your energy and help you feel and look the way you want to!
You’re busy, so our family friendly tips and recipes will get you started on the right foot fast!
1-1check-in’s will ensure
you are accountable.
Your private Squad Facebook
group will be your braintrust,
with all the Pineapple Coaches providing support and additional accountability.
We measure your progress and keep you on track and celebrate like crazy when you hit your goals.
Your personalised program will help you to burn fat, build lean muscle, and improve your strength. You will finish each sesh with a calorie torching blast to boost your metabolism. No need to spend hours in the gym to see results! We will have you in and out – and sweating – in 50 minutes!
