A fun, fresh and do-able formula for wellness that bridges the gap between what you put in your mouth + how you treat your body and how you feel about your life. It is for you if you have made the decision to become the healthiest, happiest, best version of yourself in 2019 – but find the conflicting dietary advice, wellness fads and #fitspo accounts frustrating and confusing. Most importantly, you’re ready to make the switch from wanting to ‘be skinny’ to being unfreakingbelievably HEALTHY AND RADIANT.

Together with Naturopath, Nutritionist and Health Coach Hayley Stathis, the team at Pineapple Fitness have brought together a program that teaches you the simple principles they use to shake off the summer haze and feel radiant, strong, energised and alive again!

The Goals:

  • To move you body at least 4 times per week so you can feel strong and energetic. This can be a mixture of Pineapple sessions and home workouts!

  • To reset your diet over the next 6 weeks by eating simple whole foods so you feel amazing and radiant

  • To fall in love with living a healthy lifestyle so you can have glowing skin, feel strong and lean and have boundless energy... just to name a few!

  • To learn how to use the breath to reduce stress in the body and feel balanced, alert and calm

  • To learn about nutrition and your body so you build confidence in your body and become the best version of YOU!

 This is not a diet. #dietsdontwork. This is simply a set of principles we live by that help us feel the best!

You will receive access to the following:

  • An Intention and Goal setting session plus info night with BU Coaching and the Pineapple Trainers (Wednesday the 6th Feb from 7-8pm following Body Scans)

  • Our Body Reset Nutrition guide developed with Naturopath and Nutritionist, Hayley Stathis. The goal of this guide is to teach you how to eat to have amazing energy, loose weight in a healthy and sustainable way (if that is a goal of yours) without any fads, calorie counting or BS and feel great within your own skin!

  • A 6 week meal plan with recipes, shopping lists and prep guides.

  • Real-life resolutions factsheet to our most common client concerns.

  • A Body Reset Nutrition Workshop with Hayley Stathis! (Wednesday the 20th Feb at 6:30pm-8pm) This is your opportunity to pick the brains of Hayley who has so much incredible knowledge of healthy weight loss and eating for radiance!

  • A Breath Workshop with John Marsh to help you reduce stress levels and gain balance in your everyday life! Here we will look at bigger picture health and wellness through the breath, the master key to our nervous system and a key influencer for both physical and mental-emotional health. This work shop is valued at $59pp on it’s own!! (Saturday the 2nd March at 9am-11am)

  • Accountability! You will also be part of a private Facebook group just for girls doing the Body Reset with support from Hayley and your trainers! This is also where we will share recipes, post your questions, celebrate our successes and help each other out!

  • And of course, a new challenge card to keep you hitting your 4 sessions or home workouts per week! :)

You will receive unlimited access to our women's only, group fitness sessions for 6 weeks, access to our private Facebook Forum, a introductory goal setting chat with you trainers to set a plan that will give you success plus all the inclusions above. The cost for the month is one upfront payment of $350.
