Four years ago we went all in and followed our passion of wanting to disrupt the norm of women’s fitness in Newcastle. And so Pineapple Fitness was born. Pineapple Fitness attracts down to earth, supportive, kind, loving women building a fun and inspiring community.   • To provide world-class customer service and administration to Pineapple Fitness Clients, Suppliers and Audience to ensure their experience is 5 Star.

  • To support the directors and coaches of Pineapple Fitness through outstanding admin and team communication

  • To cultivate a strong sense of community, and create raving fans of Pineapple Fitness and be dedicated to achieving Pineapple Fitness’ Mission and embracing and living out our Core Values.

    This position will be predominately performed from our studio in Carrington, Newcastle, please consider this when applying.

Outcomes

With our guidance and training, your Customer Service Position Outcomes will be:

  1. Deliver world class customer service to Pineapple Fitness clients

  2. Provide admin support to the Pineapple Fitness Directors

  3. Provide admin support to Pineapple Fitness Coaches

  4. Upkeep and rotation of retail stock

  5. Maintain an exceptional training facility

  6. Produce 80% conversion rate from Consult to Prospect

  7. Continuously reviewing and upgrading the business systems to ensure streamlined processes

  8. Continual professional and personal development every month

  9. Attend Team Meetings

  10. Attend Team Workshops

  11. Attend Performance Appraisals

These are the skills you must already have in order to qualify for this position:

  3. Communication Skills  Our clients are VERY important to us. You will be comfortable conversing in-person and on the phone, and know how to conduct yourself professionally and deliver clear instructions to the clients.

  4. People skills and personality - You must LOVE working with people! As mentioned above you must be very comfortable working with people. This is an uplifting studio and you must be able to show your clients energy and excitement while working with them.

  5. High Standards – Expects personal performance and team performance to be nothing short of the best. Values their personal appearance. Has a strong work ethic. Always maintains a polite and professional approach

  6. Teamwork – Reaches out to peers and cooperates with supervisors to establish an overall collaborative working relationship.

Qualifications

Must Have:

  • Experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant or office admin assistant

  • Working knowledge of office equipment e.g computers, printers, ipads etc

  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint, in particular)

  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work

  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task

  • A passion for health and fitness

Bonus Qualifications and Experience (nice to have but definitely NOT essential)

  • Sales experience

  • Experience with Mindbody, Mailchimp, Xero, Docusign, Google Drive, Dropbox

  • Current First Aid and CPR

  • Working with Childrens Check
