A curated strength and conditioning program delivered in small groups of 8 by experienced coaches. Expect fast, sustainable, long lasting strength and body composition improvements in a non-intimidating, friendly and supportive environment.

Become strong, lean, fit and happier all while being part of an uplifting community. We offer 15+ group classes a week with inspiring and experienced coaches who also know how to make exercise fun!

Our Semi-Private Squad Program is a plan designed just for you, which means you can be confident it is the right plan for your specific goals, injuries and fitness level! This is delivered in your very own 4 person squad. This allows for a personal training experience with the added accountability and motivation of squad members at a fraction of the cost of a 1-1 session.

Meet the Founders
Both founders have overcome the same challenges as you. Shell has transitioned from a corporate career feeling burnt out, unfulfilled and 'not good enough' to a confident, fun Mum! Brit has utilised fitness and nutrition to transform from being crippled by anxiety to a life freedom & fun.

Our team brings a combined 30+ years specialist female coaching experience and have served 1,000's of women in Newcastle to feel their absolute best.
